- Acceptance. By accessing or using stadiums.football (the "Site"), operated by YAYEL, LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
- Purpose. The Site is an encyclopedia of football stadiums with maps and venue profiles. Content is provided for general information only and may contain errors or become outdated.
- Illustrations and images. All illustrations and images on this Site come from royalty-free sources, such as Creative Commons-licensed works, or are believed to be royalty-free. Each remains the property of its respective author and is subject to its own licence. If you are a rights holder and believe an image is used improperly, contact us at football@yayel.com and we will remove or credit it promptly.
- Trademarks. Stadium, club, and competition names are used for identification and information purposes only. They belong to their respective owners, and the Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
- Acceptable use. You agree not to disrupt the Site, scrape or extract data at scale by automated means, or use the Site unlawfully.
- Advertising. The Site displays advertising served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
- External links. The Site links to third-party websites (for example stadium official sites and Wikipedia). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
- Disclaimer and liability. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, YAYEL, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.
- Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on the Site applies.
- Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, with jurisdiction in the courts of Collier County, Florida, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
